Traditional Surgery vs Bloodless Atraumatic Technique (BAT)
Traditional surgery:
Marked edema, widespread bruising, peri-incisional bleeding, greater tissue inflammation, and consequently longer recovery times.
BAT technique:
Minimal trauma and intraoperative bleeding, significant reduction in edema and bruising, cleaner incisions, faster recovery, and improved post-surgical comfort.
